We travel, some of us forever, to seek other states, other lives, other souls.  -Anais Nin

I am an adventurer.  I leave town any chance I get and it doesn't even matter where I'm headed.  If I'm honest, it's hard for me to be someplace without taking photos.  At times, stopping to photograph can feel like a distraction to being present in the moment.  Other times, it feels like the best way to connect intimately with my surroundings.

I've studied photography ever since I was 15 years old.  I started off in the dark room, developing and printing my own pieces.  Then in college, I began teaching dark room photography at a local museum.

Then there was digital.  It changed everything.  It changed the way I was working and I began to produce work on a larger scale, getting hired to photograph interiors, architectural design, food, and lifestyle.

I currently reside in Seattle, WA.  I split my time between being a relational psychotherapist and taking on photoshoots most weekends.  These two aspects of my story have complimented one another quite well and I feel honored to be doing this work.
