Center for wooden boats

Emily & Andy

There's not a day that goes by where I don't thank God for the opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen!  Seattle, I'm smitten.  I've also never shot so many weddings that take place on docks, farms, massive fields, rocky cliffs, and in old historic buildings.  Every time I get an email inquiry, there's a feeling of anticipation, wondering where the venue will be and what friendships will be created through photographing these weddings.

I couldn't wait to blog this lovely couple!  I met Emily through one of my dearest friends, Amanda.  If I had to put a feeling to Emily, it would be "steady."  Being around her and Andy is like laying back in a sail boat with your feet kicked up on the side.  They are the couple that you just want to relax with while sipping a glass of wine out on a dock somewhere.  The fact that they chose to get married at the center for wooden boats on Eastlake, made TOTAL sense!  And so here are a few photos from the lovely evening.  Oh, and of course Andy's dog was the 3rd movie start present that night, whom I absolutely LOVE!  Enjoy.
